Please Note:
Customers wishing to collect in person from our warehouse MUST place their order at least 24 hours before arriving to collect and clearly communicate their desire to do so.
      
Prices are displayed excluding VAT (where applicable).
Prices stated are correct at time of uploading to site but due to the nature of most of our
products and various suppliers; the prices may fluctuate.
This may mean that on rare occasions, the price billed may differ slightly from that displayed.
Please contact us should this occur and we will strive to resolve the issue.
VAT is calculated during checkout and is included in your final order price.
Our printed catalogue list prices are exclusive of VAT.
If a particular combination of a products ceases to be available, then we will adjust your order accordingly.
We are unable to process orders below £10.00 excl. postage and VAT.
Unfortunately we are currently unable to accept payments from American Express cards.
Payment via Purchase order is possible if you contact us to request that we activate the facility on you account.
Postage and Packaging Costs
Within the majority of the UK, postage and packing costs £3.00 +VAT if the cost of your goods is below £20.00
Delivery on this service can up to a maximum of 21 days (although it is usually within 10 days) and the company is unable to accept any responsibility for any lost or undelivered goods.
Customers can choose to upgrade their delivery service to our standard courier service which generally takes 24 to 48 hours.
Any customers requiring this upgrade, please notify us of this by typing a brief message in the comments box when checking out.
If the cost of your goods is £20.00 or above then postage and packing costs £5.80 +VAT (Requires Signature upon receipt)
There are two special zones within the UK and the Republic of Ireland with different rates.
Special Zone 1 primarily comprises Northern Ireland, The Isle of Wight and the Scottish Highlands. More specifically, your shipping location is in Special Zone 1 if the left part of your post code begins with the following:
AB31-38, AB40-56, IV1-28, IV30-32, IV36-40, IV52-54, IV63, KW1-14, PA21-38, PH4-41, PO30-40, PH49-50, BT
If your shipping location is within Special Zone 1 then postage and packing costs £19.50 +VAT. (This is for orders up to 20Kg. For orders weighing in excess of 20Kg we will contact you you confirm the exact shipping cost).
If your shipping location is outside of those mentioned above or the UK and the Republic Of Ireland then we will contact you and quote for postage and packing upon receipt of your order. Where the cost of delivery is found to be below £10.00; we will not notify you of this and will simply process the order accordingly.
Orders from outside the UK and Republic of Ireland will also need to be accompanied by an I.D. - Peron Number.
Please also note that we can not be held responsible for Taxes, Duties or Customs charges which may be incurred for overseas orders.
The following maps and tables will give you a rough guideline of the cost. If the cost is more than the highest amount shown for your zone, then we will contact you before shipping your order.
As of April 2008, Customs have introduced a £25.00 handling administration charge on goods being delivered to the following countries (on top of any carriage charge): Switzerland, Croatia, Icelend and Norway.
When ordering using a credit card, your address is automatically verified for security purposes. If you are ordering from outside the UK, this will incur a £3.00 administration fee the first time you order from us but not for future orders.

Official orders will normally be despatched by post at cost and invoiced. Orders accepted by e-mail to sales@muventures.co.uk only with a valid school order number. Catalogue list prices are exclusive of VAT and the prices charged will be those ruling at the date of despatch.
Cheques should be made payable to Teaching Resources Ltd. but please ascertain the correct postal and VAT charges first.

School orders may be placed by phone, providing an official school order number is supplied. For other telephone orders we now accept payment by credit card. When placing orders by phone, please supply the product codes for the required product.
