Flexible EL panel material can simply be cut to size and shape with scissors or a craft knife. Providing that each cut piece contains connector tracks on the rear, it will light up when connected to the specially designed inverter unit. This is a postage stamp size PCB with a thickness of just 4mm. It is powered from 4AAA batteries or a small flat 3 volt lithium cell.
