Advice, references and resources in the form of development and training activities, to support and enhance the induction of beginning secondary science teachers. The activities can be used in a secondary science teachers induction period and beyond into the early years of teaching. Its aim is to enhance induction such that secondary science teachers feel professionally supported and developed and, as a consequence, they are more likely to be retained within the teaching profession.
