This fabric gets its conductivity from threads containing metallised micro-fibres but these are woven more loosely to create a very soft-feeling fabric. This has good tear resistance and because of its silver content has mainstream medical applications. It has very good electrical conductivity of 10 Ω* per 100mm measured on a 25mm wide strip.
