I've got an account but I can't remember my password?
No problem, just go to the log in page and click on 'Password forgotten? Click here'. Enter the same email address when you registered and we'll send you an e-mail message containing your new password. Some email addresses may take longer to receive the password reminder.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, but there is an increase in the standard postage charge. After you checkout we will contact you and inform you of a delivery cost calculated on your total order quantities and weights.
We will not take payment until you authorise the delivery charge.
Can I pay by cheque?
Sorry, we do not accept cheques as a payment method from individuals.
Can I pay via Purchase Order?
Yes you can if you contact us first to make the request. This facility can then be enabled on your account.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason, please contact us with your order details and we will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have.
If we agree that items are to be returned then please state clearly why you are returning the parcel and whether you require exchange goods or a refund or a credit.
Please note, however that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend therefore that you send it registered post. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements.
We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay. Please note that credit card refunds can only be given to the original payer.
Payment
Please note that we are "cash with order" and your credit card will be charged at the point of order. Any goods that are not in stock will be sent to you within 7-10 days where possible. You reserve the right to cancel any goods that are not in stock once you have received your invoice.
Privacy Policy
MUTR does NOT disclose your information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site but only to keep track of your shopping once you have selected an item.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without prior notice and are subject to the ruling rate of VAT where applicable.
Guarantee
MUTR's total liability for any claim howsoever arising shall not exceed the price of the goods supplied by MUTR to the customer. MUTR shall not be liable for any consequential customer loss whether this arises from a breach of duty in contract or in any other way. MUTR cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with specific instructions stated in the website. Customers' statutory rights are not affected by this statement.
Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately using current technology, but slight variations in actual goods may occur.
Stock Availability
We are sorry but we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest! We try to always supply within 7-10 days sometimes it may be slightly longer. If something is out of stock, we'll always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates.
If any item is out of stock we will indicate this on your invoice.
