I've got an account but I can't remember my password?
No problem, just go to the log in page and click on 'Password forgotten? Click here'. Enter the same email address when you registered and we'll send you an e-mail message containing your new password. Some email addresses may take longer to receive the password reminder.
Do you ship abroad?
Yes, but there is an increase in the standard postage charge. After you checkout we will contact you and inform you of a delivery cost calculated on your total order quantities and weights. We will not take payment until you authorise the delivery charge. Please note we do not currently ship to Africa.
Can I pay by cheque?
Sorry, we do not accept cheques as a payment method from individuals.
Can I pay via Purchase Order?
If you have a business account with us you can pay by purchase order. This facility needs to be enabled on your account, so please contact us with your request.
Terms & Conditions
Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with your goods for any reason please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and we will endeavour to resolve any issue you may have.
If it is agreed that goods need to be returned to us, we will issue you with a returns number which must be quoted on the parcel along with a note explaining the reason for return and whether you require exchange goods or a refund or a credit.
Goods returned that are not subject to points 2 and 6 below, can only be returned with our agreement. These goods must be returned in their original packaging, unused and will be subject to a handling charge of 20%. The goods must be returned within 28 days of delivery.
Please note, that when sending a return, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend therefore that you send it registered post. Your statutory rights are not affected by these statements. We will not refund return postage unless the products are faulty.
We process returns as soon as they arrive, except during extremely busy periods when there may be a short delay. Please note that credit card refunds can only be given to the original payer.
Order Cancellation
You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 days of the receipt of your goods. Please contact us for a returns number and quote this number on the parcel. The cost of return postage is at your own expense. When returning goods, the parcel is your responsibility until it reaches us. We strongly recommend therefore that you send it by registered post.
The above right of cancelation does not apply to goods you have purchased from us in the course of business.
Payment
You will be charged for your order when the goods are ready to be despatched.

MUTR does NOT disclose your information to third parties. Cookies are used on this shopping site but only to keep track of your shopping once you have selected an item.
Prices
All prices are subject to change without prior notice and are subject to the ruling rate of VAT where applicable. You will be informed of any price change at point of order and will have the opportunity to cancel if you wish.
Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed to be free from defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship for a period of twelve months from the date of despatch.
Goods which do not meet the description, are not of satisfactory quality or are not fit for the purpose specified, will be refunded, replaced, repaired or compensation given as appropriate.
Our liability under the guarantee will be limited to replacing, repairing or issuing credits for any goods returned within the guarantee period for business customers.
Every care has been taken to describe and portray items accurately using current technology, but slight variations in actual goods may occur.
Stock Availability
We are sorry but we cannot ensure permanent availability of all items, although we try our hardest! We try to always supply within 7-10 days sometimes it may be slightly longer. If something is out of stock, we'll always give you the best information we can on anticipated delivery dates.
If any item is out of stock we will indicate this on your invoice.
